The Challenge
You may know the look that you want for your bids, but do the people involved in writing the content have the appropriate Microsoft® Word skills to be able to implement what you are asking for? A well organised, visually appealing bid conveys a greater sense of professionalism, enhances your company's image, and makes the evaluator's job easier and more pleasant. The impact of a bid’s appearance should never be underestimated. Clients often respond much better to bids that present their messages clearly.
The Solution
We have developed a workshop that is proven to teach the Microsoft® Word skills necessary to put together good looking, consistent and easy to edit bids. Word skills for proposals is an interactive workshop designed to build practical skills through twenty percent lecture, and eighty percent skill building exercises. The workshop is offered in a classroom setting for six to twelve participants. The training is hands-on and computer based, giving participants both the skills and experience to implement what they have learned. Participants get to practice their skills and have the opportunity to get their questions answered immediately. Participants can work at their own pace and skill level. Exercises emphasise turning plain text into appealing bids.
