Organisational Benchmarking

Shipley are Approved Partners to the Business Development Institute  for the delivery of training and consultancy services using the Business Development Capability Maturity Model (BD-CMM). Additionally, Shipley’s Director of Capability Improvement is a Certified Appraiser.The BD-CMM guides organisations in identifying their key requirements for change, based on the maturity of their current practices and allows improvements to be identified to allow progress to the next, higher level.

People Benchmarking

Account Plan Benchmarking

Using our BidBench tool, we will measure and recommend improvements to the quality of one or more Proposals against the best practices proven to maximise win probability through the proposal.
