The Proposal Coach Workshop provides candidate assessors with the knowledge and skills required to assess and provide constructive feedback on the extent to which individual proposals incorporate Shipley proposal writing techniques. This workshop includes extensive practical assessment sessions using delegates own proposals to provide a relevant context. Delegates receive copies of the BidBench Consultants Edition software package licensed for their use within their organisation. BidBench Consultants Edition produces structured reports, which are used to provide constructive feedback to the proposal development team, and provide a company-wide measure of proposal quality

The Workshop

This is an advanced and intensive workshop for staff who have already attended a Writing Winning Proposals Workshop and wish to develop the knowledge and skills necessary to enable them to coach and mentor colleagues within bid teams on proposal quality improvement.

Open or In-House workshops.

The workshop can be provided as an open version using generic materials, or as an In-House workshop based on modified proposal examples from your own Company; enhancing the relevance of the workshop materials.

Post workshop assessor certification

After the workshop, delegates are required to submit two assessments of their proposals to Shipley for feedback. After two successful assessments, the delegate is presented with a “Shipley Certified Proposal Assessor” certificate.
